Reporting

It is important to keep the Foundation updated with any change in the contact person’s information of who will be completing the reports.

Progress and Final Reports are required for every grant. New requests cannot be considered without a report on prior funding. Grantees will receive an email reminder with instructions when the reports will be due.

Progress Budget Report Form is required with progress reports.

A Final Budget Report Form is required with end of grant reports.
