The Staten Island Foundation partnered with the Annie E. Casey Foundation for a 2 day introduction workshop for Results Based Leadership to help support and advance the multiple collective efforts that the Foundation has catalyzed. The workshop was held November 18 and 19, 2015 at the Foundation office and was attended by a cross-section of local leaders. The Results Based Leadership Workshop was designed and led by consultant Angela Hendrix Terry, and participants grazed a substantial “tasting menu” of tools and approaches developed by the Annie E. Casey Foundation – approaches that support leaders driving results and working in all stages of a collaborative work cycle.
The framework for getting from talk to action to population level results includes the importance of data, use of self, results based facilitation and results based accountability. More detailed information about Results Based Accountability can be found at www.raguide.org or at www.aecf.org.
